Overview
Many people come to mindfulness to calm their mind and reduce stress. Yet with sustained practice something deeper begins to emerge: a radically new relationship to thoughts, emotions, and life itself.
My 12-Week Self-Mastery Programme is designed for those who want to deepen their practice and integrate mindfulness as a living path of awareness, emotional intelligence, and personal transformation.
Over twelve weeks we move beyond the foundations of mindfulness into deeper practices that cultivate, clarity and resilience, gratitude and acceptance, and a felt-sense of the profound.
Drawing from mindfulness and the classical insight traditions, this programme supports participants in developing both inner stability and profound self-awareness, providing something that apps, books, and casual courses cannot: consistent guidance, accountability, and personalised support.
This is not simply a meditation course, it is a structured process of learning how to work skilfully with the mind, heart, and experience itself. Participants leave with a sense of inner transformation and practical tools they can use for the rest of their lives.

12 weeks of private training

The Three Phases of the Programme
Phase 1 — Foundations of Mind Mastery
(Weeks 1–4)
Strengthening the skills introduced in earlier training.
Week 1 – Deepening Attention
Stabilising mindfulness and developing sustained awareness.
Week 2 – Working with Thoughts & Emotions
Learning how to relate skilfully to mental patterns.
Week 3 – Presence and Embodiment
Deepening body awareness and relaxation practices.
Week 4 – Mindfulness in Daily Life
Embedding awareness into everyday activities.
Outcome: A stable meditation practice and improved emotional regulation.
Phase 2 — The Heart Practices
(Weeks 5–8)
Introducing the Brahma Viharas, four powerful heart centred practices that cultivate and enhance emotional intelligence and relational wellbeing.
Week 5 – Loving Kindness (Metta)
Developing warmth, friendliness, and positive emotions
Week 6 – Compassion (Karuna)
Learning to meet suffering with openness rather than avoidance.
Week 7 – Sympathetic Joy (Mudita)
Cultivating appreciation and gratitude for the happiness of others.
Week 8 – Equanimity (Upekkha)
Developing emotional balance and stability in the face of life’s challenges.
Outcome: Enhanced sense of wellbeing, greater acceptance, compassion, and understanding of self and other, emotional resilience, and improved relationships.
Phase 3 — Self-Inquiry & Insight
(Weeks 9–12)
Exploring deeper contemplative practices that support self-understanding and wisdom.
Week 9 – The Practice of Naikan
Reflective inquiry into gratitude, responsibility, and relationships.
Week 10 – Seeing the Nature of Experience
Exploring impermanence, change, and flow.
Week 11 – Self-Inquiry
Investigating the nature of the self and awareness.
Week 12 – Integration & Ongoing Practice
Creating a long-term path for meditation and self-development.
Outcome: A deeper understanding of mind, identity, and experience.
