Each 30-minute session guides participants into a specific regulated state of calm, clarity, emotional steadiness, and integrated resilience. Through repetition and practice, these states begin to embed as traits, strengthening employees’ ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Session 1: The Physiology of Calm

Focus: Stress Regulation & Nervous System Recovery

Participants are guided into deep physical rest and parasympathetic activation through breath and body-based awareness meditation.

Session 2: The Power of the Observer

Focus: Metacognitive Awareness & Attention Control

Session 3: Emotional Intelligence & Deep Relaxation

Session 4: Developing Resilience and Equanimity

This session integrates previous practices and explores resilience and equanimity, developing the ability to stay calm and composed under pressure, without being swayed by external events.
