Modern life places constant demands on our attention. Many people live in a state of continuous distraction, a word which means ‘to be pulled apart,’ struggling with a mind that is never present, doesn’t switch off, ruminates on the past and worries about the future.

The Calm Mind Method is my focused 3-week training programme designed to help you step out of mental overwhelm and learn practical techniques to calm your nervous system, sharpen your focus, and build a more peaceful relationship with your thoughts.

Over three guided sessions you will explore ancient techniques backed by modern neuroscience to work skilfully with your mind:

Calm an Overactive Mind
Learn a simple technique to settle mental chatter and reduce stress in minutes.

Stop Overthinking
Discover how to recognise thoughts without getting caught in them, freeing yourself from rumination and worry.

Reset Your Nervous System
Practice techniques that help the body shift out of stress and into deep rest.

Improve Focus & Mental Clarity
Train your attention so you can stay present and focussed rather than constantly distracted.

Sleep More Easily
Learn techniques to navigate difficult emotions and fall sleep more easily.


Programme Structure

Session 1 – Calming the Mind
Understanding the neuroscience of focus, presence and happiness, and exploring a foundational mindfulness practice to access and calm and clear mind.

Session 2 – Working with Thoughts
Recognising and releasing stressful thought patterns without being dragged by the mind.

Session 3 – Deep Relaxation & Integration
Navigating difficult emotions and sensations, relaxing the body for deep sleep, and building a sustainable daily mindfulness practice.

Each session includes personalised guidance, practical explanation, guided meditation, and time for questions.

Participants also receive session handouts and guided audio practices to support their training between sessions.
