My weekly Mindfulness zoom group will resume on Thursday 13th January at 7.30pm (UK time)
Each 60 minute sessions explores Mindfulness, embodiment and awakening, beginning with a short talk and then a guided 45 minute meditation, followed by questions and answers. The group is always good fun, with lots of laughter and people attending from all over the world. It is free to attend but donations are appreciate.
