Thursday Evening Online Mindfulness Group 19.30 – 21.00 (BST)
What is Mindfulness? Where is happiness? Who am I, really?
This weekly group is aimed at anyone interested in changing their lives through the practice of present moment awareness, and developing positive mental and emotional health.
Each 60 minute session begins with a short talk about Mindfulness followed by a guided 45 minute practice where we shift through the “3 Gears” of present moment attention, embodiment and self-inquiry.
The current run of sessions has just finished. The next session will be Thursday 29th April.
