Weekly Zoom Group

Thursday Evenings 7.30pm – 8.30pm (BST)

Join me for a new cycle of weekly zoom sessions exploring Mindfulness, Embodiment, Non-Duality and Awakening. Each 60 minute session begins with a short talk, followed by a guided 45 minute meditation exploring breath-awareness, embodiment and self-enquiry.
