Thursday Evenings 7.30pm – 8.30pm (UK time)

Each 60 minute sessions explores Mindfulness, embodiment and awakening, beginning with a short talk and then a guided 45 minute meditation, followed by questions and answers. The group is always good fun, with lots of laughter and people attending from all over the world.
