What Happens in the Session?
Each session will involve a short introduction, followed by a 25 minute Mindfulness practice to train three super-powers: focus, calm and emotional resilience. There will be sometime at the end of each session for questions, sharing or further direction.
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is an ancient form of Mind-Training backed by a wealth of fascinating neuroscience. Its simple but profound methods develop a range of skills vital for mental and emotional health, including focus, present moment attention, mental clarity, emotional resilience and calm. Regular practice cultivates the Flow State, which is characterised by an experience of timelessness, happiness, spontaneity and creativity.
