**POSTPONED – Mindfulness walk Sunday 21st Feb**

Following the recent covid cases on the Island, we have taken the decision to unfortunately postpone tomorrow’s event. We will reschedule as soon as we can.

Join Mindfulness Teacher Mike Kewley and Manx Wildlife Trust Officer Adam Denard, for these new monthly wellbeing walks, exploring some of the Island’s most beautiful locations. Mike has partnered with Manx Wildlife Trust to offer these free sessions as a way to experience the benefits of nature, with the life-enhancing skills of Mindfulness.

Neuroscience now tells us what we’ve always suspected: we are hardwired for the great outdoors. In fact, just 20 minutes a day in nature significantly reduces our stress hormone levels. We can further enhance our appreciation of nature through the practice of Mindfulness, which makes us more available and present to the sights, sounds and ever changing seasons.
This focused immersion in the natural world results in a lasting experience of wellbeing, interconnection and positive mental health.
