I have now been practicing mindfulness for about three months, and my mood has just lifted. I dont dwell on the past or have anxiety anymore, I seem to be stronger in myself, and less affected by negative people and situations. My relationship with my children particularly seems to have blossomed, as I am less wrapped up in myself. Things that used to make me angry, I often now just laugh at.
