He was so inspiring I felt it would benefit me greatly. It has! I suffer from anxiety attacks and Mike has helped me so much. I am so much calmer and less focussed on myself and more on the world and other people.

The meditation which I now do daily has made an enormous difference to my outlook. I am so much more positive and have found I now accept challenges and daily problems with a calm understanding that helps me get through situations in a much more relaxed manner.
